This is a USAW sanctioned meet.  You MUST present an active USAW membership card at time of check in or you will not be permitted to lift. 20 spots available for each session (20 women/20 men)

Women:
Weigh-in 9-10am
Lift at 11am

Men:
Weigh-in 12-1pm
Lift at 2pm
