All skill levels welcome and encouraged
- Learning the mechanics of a handstand
- Learn skill/drills to help you be better on your HANDS
- Core and finger balance
- Being comfortable & efficient upside down
- Handstand push-ups
- Importance working on speed of the HS and walking
- Working with the AAI CF HS Obstacle Course
