Come and learn from Shanna Duvall, Rebecca Mendez, Michelle Berman (ladies team), Bruce Briggs (masters), and Jorge Aragon as they prepare for Wodapalooza. They will be teaching this clinic to raise funds to help alleviate the cost of travel and lodging while competing in Miami at one of the biggest competitions in the country!

In this clinic you will learn:

• How to set goals physically and mentally

• When and how to apply skills based on your fitness level

• How to set strategies for warmups, workouts and recovery

• Help you and/or your team improve performances at functional fitness competitions
