This Clinic Will Focus On:

• Snatch
  
• Clean and Jerk
  
• Basic warm ups and positioning exercises
  
• Snatch position drills and progressions leading to the full lift with some load on the bar
• Clean and Jerk position drills and progressions leading to the full lift with some load on the bar
