All skill levels welcome and encouraged

• Establishing an effective gymnastics kip on the bar and rings 
• How to break down the butterfly pull up 
• Understanding the muscle up (MU) transition
• How to develop a strict MU
• Strength accessory work specific to the ring MU 
• How to spot a MU 

Additional movements may include:

• Toes to bar, bar muscle ups, handstand pushups, and & handstand walking
