Get more out of your self care. Learn how to help recovery and prevent injuries by learning to utilize mobility tools and accessories effectively. Innovative, new techniques will be taught as well!

Clinic will be led by Marie‐Elizabeth Finamore, MS, ATC, CSCS
Marie has served as team trainer/massage therapist for 3 USAWrestling Olympic Freestyle Teams. Has 6 years USA Weightlifting SportsMedicine committee, and over 10 years as an Athletic Trainer.
