Iron Athlete Powerlifting Clinics
This is a 4 hour clinic that focuses on basic technique of the squat, bench press and deadlift. The class will start by going over basic technique of each lift followed by attendees performing each lift to work on individual form. Training variations as well as assistant exercises for each lift will be addressed. Ideas of how to implement them into your training plan will be discussed. This clinic will be focused on the raw powerlifter.
